That's right, this weekend 5/17, 18, 19th you can hang out with the guys and watch all the behind the scenes at ROTR in the media tent.
We will be brining artists from dozens of bands to interview them and to promote Maximum Threshold Radio and the MTTV.
Thats Right! Maximum Threshold will be loading up the vehicles and heading south to Columbus again for Part III of the national festival Rock on The Range.
Maximum Threshold Radio broadcasted live at the event last year and had such a great response. We had tripled our viewership for the year at the 3 day event. This year we plan on pulling all stops out and providing our viewers of MTTV some of the greatest broadcast coverage for you.

We welcome back old friend Metal Mike. It is always good to have him on the show and to hear what projects he is working on.
“I was born in Warsaw, Poland during the Cold War, so I’d walk past Russian tanks every day on my way to school,” Mike recalls. “My family got out of there in ’84 and moved to New Jersey, USA. I was 14, I had no idea how to speak English and I basically learned by reading the TV Guide – I would sit there with a Polish dictionary and translate it so I’d know what was on TV!”
Today, the affable guitar shredder is without doubt one of the hardest working and respected heavy metal guitarists of today’s generation. Named by Halford as Metal Mike due to his intense passion for metal, Metal Mike is most commonly known as the guitarist who helped JUDAS PRIEST vocalist ROB HALFORD reclaim and hold his status as the true Metal God. Metal Mike is the guitarist for Rob Halford’s endeavor HALFORD. Metal Mike has written and appeared on all Halford Metal-is/Sanctuary Records label recordings Resurrection (2000), Live Insurrection (2001), Crucible (2002) and Fourging The Furnace (2003). Well past a million units sales mark, above efforts thrust Metal Mike into the international spotlight.
Started by frontman Lane Steele in 2005, Los Angeles based groove metal outfit Kauze have taken some solid steps in their endeavor towards establishing a stronghold in the metal community, locally and beyond. Growing up inspired and influenced by metal powerhouses like Pantera and Fear Factory, the band has composed music that brings a uniquely exuberant style and hits the listener hard. Till date they have released three EPs, the highlight of them being the 2010 release "Epiphany", an EP that's much heavier and more modern sounding than the first two EPs, showcasing the progress Kauze have made in their musicianship.Enter 2013, the band has already completed tracking sufficient material for their first full-length album titled "The Rise To Power", slated for a early 2013 release.

Also had a new guest on the show Jeff. Michael was unable to make it to the show. Must have been at a toilet convention.

How many times do you see an ad or hear a promo for newer bands labeling themselves as old school death metal only to hear a bunch of noise with horrible death/black/hardcore vocals that go into one long overdrawn breakdown? Take a deep breath because the old school has returned! One of the most technical death metal bands of all time is back! Immolation debut, Dawn Of Possession, came out in 1991. Many bands stick to a formula that works for them, and becomes redundant. Kingdom Of Conspiracy is no doubt Immolation.
The blast beats, the crushing guitars, the crushing vocals! It is the way that they do it that sets Immolation apart from the rest. They have the weirdest time and tempo changes ever. The guitars ripping all over the place and the drums following the guitars, leading up to the classic Immolation twang! Robert Vigna may be the best , if not one of the most technical and complete death metal guitarists of all time.
The drums are tight and feel like a hammer repeatedly pounding you over the head, while Ross belts out his message with such a sound of disgust. Very rarely do I put an album on and listen to it front to back. I have listened to Kingdom Of Conspiracy four times all the way through and like it more and more each time. It is so hard to say which songs really stick out, as they are all great. Keep the silence doesn't keep the listener waiting. Right from the beginning the guitars are crushing and wailing, with the drums pounding the listener into submission.
Overall : I give this album 10 out of 10. There are no weak tracks on the album. There is no filler material either. Kingdom Of Conspiracy kept me interested each time I listened to it. If your a fan of death metal done right then do yourself a favor and pick up Kingdom Of Conspiracy!

The Compilation is titled "13". We are known for our great titles and this one is fits perfect. All thether bands out there who named theirs 13 this year copied off us.

Maximum Threshold is real champion of hard rock and metal. Top-quality site, the DJ's know their metal, and they feature huge special guests (including THUNDERDIKK, haha). Dom is a real pro, totally down to earth, and is truly interested in helping rockers gain exposure and success. We just had an on air interview (same night as Adrian Vandenberg) and are slated for a video interview as well. THUNDERDIKK definitely Thunderapproves Maximum Threshold!!!
